If you want to delete your account and personal data, please email us and we’ll take care of it.
How to request deletion

- Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
- Include: your full name, the email used at checkout/account signup, and any order numbers if available.
What we’ll delete
- Account profile information
- Stored contact details
- Order history records
- Any marketing preferences tied to your email
What we may need to keep
Certain records (like invoices and basic transaction details) may be retained for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., by replying from the email on file or confirming recent order info).
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.
Third-party services
If your data has been shared with apps we use to run the store (e.g., payments, shipping), we will forward your deletion request where applicable or provide you with instructions to contact them.
